  Peru_1949FDC-200_small.JPG from Judnick.com  2 ABR (1951) first day cover for the complete 9-stamp overprinted airmail set honoring the UPU (whose anniversary was in 1949), neatly addressed to New York, small upper corner crease nowhere near the stamps. Apparently the Peruvian authorities were embarrassed to be 2 years late, so they did not include the year date in the cancel.
